Oslo municipality shall procure a joint fleet management system for all of the municipality ́s entities. The fleet management system shall see to the individual entities ́need for electronic driving books, as well as the administration and maintenance of their vehicles and machines. In addition the system shall give a better overall overview of the municipality ́s vehicles and machines and facilitate the division of vehicles internally and between entities. The function for sharing machines, a unit for GPS tracing and advanced fleet management are included in the procurement as non-exclusive options for the Contracting Authority, which is optional for the tenderers to offer.
