The purpose of the tender is to enter into one or more framework agreements to meet the Customer’s needs for licenses and cloud services, including the management of these licenses and cloud services (SAM), as well as related consulting services. Major publishers include Microsoft, Amazon (AWS), Oracle, but there is also a portfolio of smaller publishers. It is possible to submit offers where the supplier provides offers for one or more publishers the supplier wishes to offer under the agreement. The agreement includes, among other things, the purchase, rental, and maintenance of software, the conclusion and renewal of subscriptions for cloud services such as Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), management to ensure optimal coverage of licenses and subscriptions, as well as consulting related to major negotiations, audits, and any specific projects to reduce costs associated with the license and cloud portfolio.
