Helse Midt-Norway RHF has planned to announce tenders for breast diagnostic services in the winter of 2024/2025. The contracting authority would like feedback from potential tenderers if the procurement ́s device can be perceived as disproportionately unreasonable or unfortunately designed. The contracting authority particularly requests feedback on the qualification requirements in the competition terms and requirements in the requirement specifications that are marked with yellow.
