The JRC Karlsruhe plans to purchase a Gravimetric Analyse device (TG-STA) in combination with a mass spectrometer. This equipment sought to analyse materials which behaviour is being analysed during heat treatment. Because of the radioactivity of several to be measured materials the main measuring part of the TG-STA will be built in to a glove box, where possible electronic parts and the mass spectrometer should be preferably be outside the glove box. The glove box is not a part of this contract.
