Based on the difficult economic situation that many municipalities are currently experiencing, KS needs assistance with the preparation of an action plan on all ongoing, planned and intended digital initiatives that will involve the sector to a greater or smaller degree, with dependencies between the initiatives. In addition, we would like to create clear and informative road maps that show the current situation and thought road maps when the sector has made its priorities. KS needs assistance from consultants with experience in strategic ICT work and IC competence for this work. The requirement is 2 FTE from 11.11.2024 until the end of December 2024, with an option for up to 3 months extension. See the tender invitation for a more detailed description.
