Statskog SF intends to sign a contract with Acos AS for the upgrading of Acos Websak, Acos Møte and Acos Interact to the latest version. This is an upgrade of the existing solition delivered from the Azure cloud based service model. The upgrade based on the current Websak 8 in Statskog SF will contribute to a more functional and future orientated system with a transition from leased infrastructure administered by Statskog to a cloud system, where the supplier Acos AS will deliver a system for the operation and management of a platform and a solution integrated with Statskog ́s other internal systems. The aim of the upgrade is to solve the existing need for functionality in the current version 8, which is available in a new version, as well as to take advantage of the possibilities and gains provided in new versions delivered as cloud services. The upgrade will improve internal and external work processes and safeguard existing integrations with Statskog's own systems locally and in Azure. As there are no other actors who can migrate Statskog's case and archive system into the tenderer's cloud system, the public procurement regulations (FOA) § 13-4 (b) 2 apply. It will be technically impossible for another supplier to achieve an execution, and it is necessary to employ specific knowledge, specific tools or resources that only one specific supplier has at his disposal.
