The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency invites tenderers to submit tenders for a parallel framework agreement for construction contractor services in Åmot municipality. The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 3 tenderers, to the extent that the number of received tenders and qualified tenderers within the scope makes this possible. Call-offs up to and including NOK 1million excluding VAT. mainly be carried out directly in accordance with waterfalls. Call-offs for more than NOK 1 million excluding VAT. shall be carried out after the mini competition. The contracts shall mainly cover the purchase of building contractor services for operations and maintenance projects in the Eastern Region and are geographically limited to our locations that are in Åmot municipality and the Eastern Region.
