The contracting authority would like a partner who can ensure a total financial, efficient, flexible and smart licence strategy that covers the counties ́needs for nvdb registration system in the next 4 years. The contract with the tenderer must be the best possible cost-optimised and system oriented when delivering the software used in the counties.
