The Kadaster is seeking a market party to provide comprehensive services in the area of "Signing Solution" for the Kadaster. The objective of this market consultation is to consult the market on several important aspects of the need described below, and to gain insight into the characteristics and potential specifics of market parties that can offer solutions/products to meet this need. This is done entirely voluntarily, with full transparency, and without obligations, prior to a potential (European) procurement procedure. These insights will be used to organize the next steps of a possible follow-up. The results of the market consultation may be incorporated into the procurement documents, without being traceable to the participants of the market consultation. The contract value is estimated at 1 million euros.
