The agreement includes: Consultancy services connected to mapping processes that can be streamlined by using generative artificial intelligence (KI) and/or automation, including preparing a prioritisation of use-cases consultancy services connected to selection or development of solution/tool for streamlining the customer's prioritised use-cases, including "proof of concept" (POC) and facilitating "sandpit" projects as needed before the choice of solution Delivery and implementation of solution/tool. any procurement of a "off-the-shelf solution/tool", adaptation/development and implementation of the solution/tool Project/product/process management when needed Training the customer ́s internal resources within how processes can be streamlined via automation and generative artificial intelligence Consultant services within structuring data, data management and data sharing, including safeguarding built-in privacy in accordance with the GDPR regulations The client will use "public cloud technology" where the processes documented and can be used at a later date. Any POC and tests shall be carried out in this environment.
