      Rauma municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for consultancy services within business development. In case 87/22, Rauma municipal council has made the following decision: "A total tender for business development and contact, HoppID, case handling for the Power Fund, the Attractiveness Project and moving offices for Rauma municipality have been prepared, so that work can be predictable with business and community development. Tenderers must be able to work from their location in Rauma. The case is to be submitted for political consideration before the tender notice." It is also desirable that 'Destination Management' is included in the tender and framework agreement. The following deliveries are included in the framework agreement: 1.First line service HoppID. The main objective is to provide services within business development in order to achieve several work places in Rauma. Tenderers shall ensure interaction between municipality and businesses.2.Secretariat for the municipality ́s power fund. The work involves, among other things, case handling and secretary function for the board of the power fund. There are up to 6 meetings per annum.3.Destination Management. When Rauma is awarded a branded sustainable destination, this means that the tourist destination should work systematically for a more sustainable development within tourism. Please note that re-certification of sustainable destinations is not included in the framework agreement.4.Business Consultancy work. This involves, among other things, working on both a general basis and ordering for a business project/initiatives, housing development, close contact with industry/tourism/trade etc. 5.Inhabitant offices and an attractiveness project. Assistance, guidance and information for the new tenderer in Rauma. Various initiatives and projects to contribute to housing and attractiveness.6 Work with applications for co-financing for the different relevant deliveries from other interested parties/actors such as businesses, counties, states, gassror, etc. Tenderers must be able to work from the location in Rauma for the execution of work that requires physical proximity. Meetings in the Kraftfondet shall be physical. Tenderers must present proposals for solutions for other deliveries, but we would like physical proximity, especially within the deliveries HoppID and inhabitant offices. For these two deliveries there will be occasional requirements for physical presence in the face of inhabitants and interested parties, and the solution proposal must answer this. The contract will be valid for 4 years, with a unilateral option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for one + one year for up to a total of 6 years. Both the tenderer and the contracting authority can give one month ́s notice on the contract before the extension date. The financial framework for the procurement from Rauma kommune is NOK 1.5 million per annum, including VAT. The amount is only a provisional estimated based on historical data on activity levels. The framework agreement will have an expected value of NOK 9 million, including VAT for up to 6 years, but the value of call-offs can vary from year to year, depending on future needs. The estimated contract value is informative only, and the contracting authority is not bound by this value. The volume and extent of projects and activity level can vary due to changes in financial framework terms, political decisions and the market situation in general. The framework agreement has, in all cases, reached its exhaustive effect if the sum of the call-off reaches NOK 12.5 million including VAT.
