This tender procedure contained two scenarios. The goal of this tender was to enter into a contract with either two party in Scenario 1 or with one party in Scenario 2 providing suitable access and availability of up to 3 SOV to allow accommodation and transfer of the technician via suitable gangway solution to wind turbines. After evaluation of the tenders, Scenario 2 provided best value defined as per tender material and one Vattenfall enter into agreements with one party. Vattenfall will consider as suitable SOV purpose build DP2 (Dynamic Position Vessels) vessels for servicing offshore wind farms, able to operate with gangway, and that meets all technical, HS and EnSu and employers’ requirements and contractual obligation.
