The top-up concerns an extension of planned services, with a view of managing an expanding network of Young European Ambassadors, deploying a a new EU Digitool in the Western Balkans with a sub-contractor, as well as enhancing the capacity to run more large-scale thematic regional communication campaigns on a regular basis.
