Bergen municipality shall procure a new digital system for the contact centre for use in Bergen municipality. The procurement shall be signed as an agreement for ongoing service procurements over the internet, "as-a-service" delivery and it includes establishment, training, configuration, integrations, loading/converting data, operation and maintenance, as well as 2/3 line user support for channel speech. The agreement also includes an option on other channels, functionality and the possibility for development after the delivery day. This part of the competition is for qualification of tenderers and tenderers must respond to the qualification requirements in this part of the competition. Tenderers who are qualified will be given the opportunity to submit a tender. The requirements and needs of the service are in the annexes.
