Norad is a knowledge business that attracts and recruits employees with high education and competence. Norad has a strategy that stretches towards 2030. There will be a need for recruitment support for recruitment of departmental director at times of unemployment, and to other positions in periods with a lack of internal recruitment capacity. The objective of the framework agreements is to support Norad with high quality professional recruitment processes that help maintain Norad's reputation as a serious employer and an attractive workplace. The recruitment processes shall occur within the current rules and routines for government employment. The aim is for Norad to recruit the best qualified candidates for each position, justified by the qualification principle in the government.
