The contracting authority and the builder are Ålesund municipality and Sula municipality. Ålesund municipality is the contract party. The builder shall now enter into a contract with one contractor for machine and process 2 for the transfer facility (contract E63), as a part of the transfer facility to Kongshaugen Reinseanlegg.The builder will enter into a contract that is based on the contract standard "NS 8405:2008 Norwegian Building and Construction Contract" for the execution.
