The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for project management group management (PGL). The aim of the framework agreement is to ensure that the Contracting Authority, throughout the contract period, has access to assistance from good consultants with relevant competence to cover the Contracting Authority's ongoing need for services within PGL. As a starting point, the framework agreements shall be used for all types of projects that are relevant for the service areas covered by the framework agreement. The framework agreement shall cover small, medium sized and larger maintenance projects in all project phases and it can also be used for alterations and new buildings in all project phases.
