The aim of the training is to strengthen the participants ́ Norwegian abilities against the individual ́s aim of further work-oriented activity. The aim is for participants to achieve sufficient Norwegian abilities to get work, take up education or participate in other vocational education as quickly as possible. Participants shall quickly get to work or other work orientated activities as soon as they have achieved Norwegian proficiencies for this. Participants with a need for Norwegian tests shall be prepared and registered for this. The initiative is divided into three different modules; Mapping (module 1), classroom training (module 2) and practical Norwegian training in a company (module 3). Separate framework agreements shall be signed for each of the delivery locations Follo, Indre Østfold and Moss. The framework agreements concerns an agreed level for a number of parallel individual places. Intervals have been given for the estimated need for the different delivery locations, but the agreed level can be changed during the contract period. There will be independent competitions for each delivery location. Tenderers can submit tenders for one or more (including all) delivery locations.
