II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:
An important part of Avinor's role is to facilitate safe, efficient, stable and environmentally friendly access traffic at each airport that fulfils the travellers ́needs. For this purpose, Avinor facilitates the preliminary site at each airport by determining area use and rules/guidelines for the traffic management.
The preliminary space means specially facilitated areas in front of the terminal for selected and predefined user groups.
In order to ensure the need for secure, efficient, stable traffic management, reporting and collection of passing fees, Avinor needs a service provider who can take total responsibility for running the area at the individual airport.
Operation means access management, summons from the depot and reporting of traffic as well as collection of passing fees in accordance with the guidelines set by Avinor.
Avinor intends to establish a service contract for the operation of the airports at Oslo Airport, Bergen Airport, Stavanger Airport and Tromsø Airport.
A more detailed description of the procurement is given in annex A and C of the agreement.
