Viken Vest Innkjøpssamarbeid (VVI) c/o Øvre Eiker kommune is holding on behalf of municipalities in the area Buskerud and Telemark competitions for framework agreements and administering the framework agreements on behalf of the participants. A competition shall now be held for a framework agreement for consulting engineering services. The competition is divided into two groups: Group 1: Consultant engineering services, construction Group 2: Consultant engineering services, municipal engineering, water and sewage, surface water, roads and parks (RIVA) We would, thus, like feedback from relevant tenderers before the competition is announced through this RFI.
