Midt-Gudbrandsdal renvoasjon IKS shall procure two two chamber refuse collection vehicles. The sanitation vehicles shall have a Euro 6 diesel engine with a minimum of 420 HC and shall be prepared to run on HVO100 during the lifetime. 3-axle 6x2 with turn on the running shaft and lifting boggie. The allowed total weight is approx. 27 tons. The bodies shall have a capacity of approx. 18 m3, with the division being approx. 65%/35%. The largest chamber (65%) shall have dunk lifts for up to 1,000 litres container and 'ball clamp'. The minimum (35%) shall have dunk lifts for up to 370 litres of containers. Initial conversations have been made with suppliers of lorries and additions before the announcement. Therefore, in the requirement specifications and elsewhere, solutions that are mentioned in these meetings will be referred to. This is not meant to manage the procurement of a specific supplier, but to describe which solution the contracting authority would like. Equivalent or better systems from other suppliers must be equated.cf. the Public Procurement Regulations §7-9 (2), climate and environmental considerations shall normally be weighted with a minimum of thirty percent. The Public Procurement Regulations §7-9(4) allow for requirements in the procurement that replace the thirty percent requirement. The contracting authority has chosen to use the provisions in the Public Procurement Regulations §7-9(4) and has set requirements in this procurement that contribute to climate and environmental considerations. This includes i.a. the type of fuel, emission requirements on the engine and driving distance to the workshop. The tenderer is required to have the delivery complete. I.e. the tenderer is responsible for ensuring that the body and body work together, although the contracting authority may have forgotten to describe significant deliveries. Tenderers are encouraged to ask questions prior to the tender submission in order to clarify any shortcomings or cases of doubt.
