Suppliers are hereby invited to a dialogue in connection with the procurement of surgical clothing for the health companies in Helse Sør-Øst and Helse Vest. Each supplier will have approx. 20-30 minutes to present themselves and their products, as well as provide input for the upcoming procurement. The dialogue is a part of the preliminary work for the procurement and is being carried out as the contracting authority would like input for the procurement from potential suppliers. The focus of the dialogue is on products, logistics, the environment and ethical trade. The total value of the procurement is estimated to approx. NOK 100 million excluding VAT. A multi-region procurement will now be implemented. The final competition notice is planned for Easter 2025. Product samples will be requested for the evaluation of the products in the tender competition. See the attached invitation, the mapping of logistics and the environment form. Deadline for registration for the supplier dialogue: Monday 24.02.25, 10:00.
