Bergen municipality needs new contract(s) for competition implementation and contract administration tool with associated functions. This prior information notice is an invitation to a market dialogue and not a competition. The response to the market dialogue is therefore not considered a tender and is not subject to form requirements. The aim of the market dialogue is to obtain input and feedback from the market on how the Contracting Authority can/ought to implement the competition in order to cover the best possible need. An important aspect of the dialogue is assessment of the suitability to enter into a contract with a tenderer as the main supplier for the entire delivery, or whether it is appropriate to divide the contract between several. Bergen municipality will decide on this after the market dialogue. The market is therefore encouraged to use this opportunity to provide constructive and good feedback and input, thoughts, ideas and experiences so that the procurement is designed in an appropriate manner both for the contracting authority and the suppliers.
