This negotiated procedure follows to unsuccessful restricted procedure INTPA/HAN/2023/EA-RP/0137.
Strategic communication is key in strengthening the EU’s role in the world, fostering democratic debate and increasing the credibility of the EU. It should demonstrate to the wider public what the EU is, what it stands for in terms principles, shared values and common interests.
Public diplomacy aims at engaging over the long-term with selected audiences and partners to build trust, enhance their understanding and support for EU policies and principles.
The purpose of this contract is to assist the EU in implementing Strategic Communication and Public Diplomacy by planning and effectively executing its multiannual strategic communication and public diplomacy actions at the national level to support the achievement of EU policy priorities and demonstrate the EU added-value in partner country.
