The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for the transport, reception and final treatment of hazardous waste. The contracting authority will be responsible for complying with the statutory requirements for a collection scheme for hazardous waste. The aim is that this duty can be carried out in a cost efficient manner, which at the same time safeguards the waste hierarchy, as well as ensure traceability for collected waste. All handling of the contracting authority ́s waste shall follow relevant laws and regulations, including the regulations on recycling and treatment of waste, chapter 11, the regulations on land transport of hazardous goods as well as the applicable European ADR provisions.
