The Embassy of Ireland, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requires the services of a suitably qualified and licensed Surveillance SERVICES PROVIDER to provide a CCTV technicians / operators service at the Embassy compound, more particularly to: • Provide a team of CCTV technicians / operators for 24 hour service (two operators on duty at any time) at the Embassy compound to ensure the safety of the staff and residents, monitor CCTV (when installed) and respond to threats. • Receive alarm activations (panic; intruder; fire – when installed) and respond according to a standard protocol to be established between the contractor and the Embassy. • Liaise with Saudi authorities where necessary. Before tendering for this competition, companies must ensure they have the required legal permission and certification to operate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
