Helse Bergen HF intends to enter into a procurement contract with Inter Instrument AS for automatic cell harvesters. Based on the responses to the market survey and the tenderers ́ presentations of their cell harvesting systems, only Inter Instrument AS ́s system meets the requirements for the cell harvest protocol and area low pressure. Inter Instrument AS can also give references to comparable laboratories. The contract will be signed without a prior tender notice. Pursuant to procurements without a competition is the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-4 first section, letter b second point. An intention notice is published in accordance with the provision in § 21-5.
