This intention notice is being carried out by Sykehusinnkjøp on behalf of Helse Fonna HF. Helse Fonna HF intends to enter into a contract with Medidyne AS for the procurement of transport respirators and MR compatible transport respirators. Market surveys show that they are the only supplier who can deliver equipment in accordance with the need. They are the only supplier who can fulfil the need in accordance with several unalterable minimum requirements. The procurement will be carried out as a direct procurement due to technical reasons in accordance with the procurement regulations § 13-4 first section letter b no. 2. The waiting period is 10 days calculated from the day after publication of the intention notice.
