The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for the procurement of crushers (procurement agreement), as well as maintenance and operation of the crusher throughout its entire lifetime (CLS agreement). The crushing plant shall be used in Norway and it must be constructed to tolerate outdoor storage, as well as operation under Norwegian climate conditions and outer stress. There will be no land current available where the crushing plant will operate. The crusher must, therefore, be able to function independently of external electricity supply. The objective of the CLS agreement is to ensure that the Contracting Authority acquires the necessary competence for correct use, handling and maintenance of the crushing work. It is a prerequisite that the same supplier who delivers the crushing plant also offers the accompanying goods and services. The chosen tenderer will have overall responsibility for all technical support connected to the crushing work. The assignment consists of two parts, and a procurement contract and a CLS contract shall be signed with one tenderer. Partial Agreement I - Purchase of Crusher Contract for the purchase of one crusher. Sub-contract II - CLS agreement for crushers Belong to logistics agreement for the crushing work out its planned lifetime of 15 years.
