Other sub-contracts are responsible for the constructional conditions, as well as delivery of the mentioned oil boilers. This contract will be responsible for the further engineering design of the heat plant based on what is attached to this enquiry. The engineering design services will mainly apply to layout, pipes, mechanical, HVAC, steel/trusses and electro. Other contracts will redevelop and renovate the building in the period where this contract completes its engineering design, so that it will be ready for the installation and assembly of the deliveries of this sub-contract. The contractor will be responsible for fabrication of pipe and steel works, in addition the contract includes the procurement of a number of components such as pumps, valves and heat exchangers, as well as the complete delivery of HVAC installations for both the building and the incineration system for the oil boilers. The contract period is estimated from Q1 2025 to Q2 2028.
