The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for legal services that shall cover Innlandet county ́s need for assistance within the following legal areas: Procurement law Contract and contract law Legal Services can be provided in the form, among other things: Assignments as a litigating clerk on behalf of the County Continuous Legal Guidelines and Consultancy, oral and written Preparation of legal notes and process risk assessments Quality assurance of work as the county municipality's quality assurance services as the county. the contracting authority has established Assistance in negotiations Training, including courses, guidance and lectures that the Contracting Authority has several lawyers, lawyers and internal lawyers who assist in the procurement process and in following-up contracts. The need for assistance from external companies occurs, therefore, mainly where the case is of some complexity or that, due to time pressure/high work pressure, there is not sufficient internal capacity.
