Østfold Hospital has, under construction, a new addition for an emergency centre and MR at the hospital in Kalnes, announced in TED, with reference 7752-2023 and at Doffin with number 2023-102897. The contract is now nearing the final phase and the contractor has the possibility to include completion of floors 3, 4 and 5 in a direct continuation of the work without interruption with a contract sum of NOK 64.42 million excluding VAT. The contractor needs clarification at the latest in the medio April, and it is impossible to comply with the deadlines stated in § 13-3e. The contracting authority therefore deems that conditions for procurements without a competition in accordance with § 13-4 have been met and would like to sign a contract for completion with the contractor at the expiry waiting period of 10 days from when this notice is published.
