In 2024 Elverum municipality used approx. 12,000 tonnes of different fractions, with emphasis on grit, veggie and ditch aggregate. In our district there is only one supplier who can deliver what Elverum municipality requests and it is Gunnar Holth AS. Elverum municipality is a large municipality with municipal roads facing east and west and north and south. Today we collect masses at Gunnar Holth AS ́ facilities in the east, west and south. There are no other tenderers within Elverum municipality ́s borders or close to it who will be considered when choosing a supplier. We collect all the goods ourselves and therefore depend on collection at places within a reasonable distance. This gives low transport costs, as well as a very large environmental benefit.
