DFØ would like to enter into a contract with one supplier of an e-learning and authoring tool for support in the competence development work, both internally and externally with our customers and users. DFØ needs a tool that can support good competence development within a broad spectrum of disciplines and target groups. The tool should provide us with the possibility to tailor the training and to efficiently provide information and guidance to users in several contexts. Furthermore, it must allow for variation in communication forms and use of educational means. DFØ uses several platforms where competence measures are made available, both to internal and external customers and users, and e-Training must be publishable on DFØ ́s existing platforms.
