Telemark county shall enter into a new framework agreement with a tenderer who shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for office supplies, free school material and copy paper for all county entities. The total value of the procurement is estimated to be NOK 8,000,000. The volume is estimated based on statistics and accounting figures for the procurement of equivalent products for the same buyer group for previous years, as well as future budgets. The volume must therefore be considered an estimate and is not binding. The duration of the framework agreement/agreement will be two years. The contracting authority shall have the option to extend the framework agreement for a further two years, one year at a time, to a total maximum of four years.
