This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) and not a call for competition, a call for competition may be placed within the calendar year 2025. In advance of a call for competition the Department of Transport may invite submissions from companies and organisations with expertise and capability relating to the provision of the following Services to the Coast Guard (IRCG) listed in this Notice. As part of this PMC process the Department of Transport may take market soundings to identify market capabilities, supply cost factor and general market dynamics by way of publication of a separate Request for Information (RFI). This process is a statement of potential contracts during the calendar year 2025 but is not a commitment to purchase. Details of individual procurements pursuant to this notice will be advertised in due course. The Department of Transport does not require a response to this Prior Information Notice. Included Services 1. Service and Maintenance of National Pollution Response Equipment Stockpile. 2. Fleet Management, Vehicles, trailers and equipment maintenance, repair and operations. 3. Replacement of existing Chromebooks for volunteers, maintenance, and support. 4. Dry Suit Maintenance. 5. Feasibility study of installing floating docks at various locations consisting of (1) location assessment (2) environmental impact. 6. Aviation Consultancy Services. 7. Preparedness and Response Planning (PRP) consultancy services. 8. Portable Appliance Testing (PAT Testing). 9. Replacement of current system Design, development, implementation, and support of a replacement Volunteer Management system (VIMS) platform, A web site and GUI for CG volunteers providing service information, certifications, ecourses, and learning management as well as training requirements by function. 10. Boat Operations Software, Track real time status of boats, facilities, crew, and support teams. 11. Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. 12. Website development and maintenance. 13. Feasibility study of installing floating docks at various locations consisting of (1) location assessment (2) environmental impact. 14. Search and Rescue (SAR) Vessel Fleet Renewal (RHIBs and D.Class) Build Supervisor. 15. Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping (STCW) for Seafarers, Personal Survival Techniques (PST), Vessel Capsize training. 16. Development of matrix of Officer training courses and content. 17. Develop a basic training course and content for all Volunteers. 18. Boat Training services. 19. Cliff training. 20. Essential Driver Training (EDT) and All Terrain Vehicle Training (ATV).
