The aim of the procurement is to enter into an agreement that covers the following need for the Contracting Authority: The contracting authority ́s website (www.ferde.no) shall be renewed and maintained. The websites shall provide good and relevant information to their target groups. The websites shall support the Contracting Authority's strategy and values. The websites shall further be in line with universal design. The websites shall have options for other languages. Administration and editing of the websites shall be carried out by the Contracting Authority itself. The websites shall be divided adapted to different target groups. Regarding colour and fonts, Ferde's profile shall be used. The current system is Sanity.io.The tenderer shall follow Ferde's profile manual. These days there is a renewal of this. The renewal of ferde.no shall occur in accordance with updated profilmanual.Ferde.no be operated in Ferde's Azure environment and shall do so further. The contracting authority also sets some security requirements in Annex 1 - the Customer ́s needs description and requirement specification, which the Tenderer must respond to as part of their response to Annex 2 - the tenderer's system specification.
