Joint Purchasing Office (FIK), hereafter called the contracting authority, invited tenderers to an open tender competition for the delivery of food for smaller orders to frogn, Nesodden, Vestby and Ås municipalities. The intention of the competition was that there are several, smaller units, in the municipalities that have a smaller need for food deliveries, where then the contracting authority wants a supplier who can deliver food in consumer packages across the municipalities' other contracts within food products together. The contracting authority has entered into a framework agreement with one tenderer for this contract.
