Troms County, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, needs to enter into a contract for the delivery of a portfolio manager and electrical energy. The contract shall ensure that the Contracting Authority achieves a cost efficient and rational procurement of electrical energy in accordance with the current laws and regulations. As part of the preparation phase, the Contracting Authority wants to carry out a market dialogue with all relevant tenderers. Troms County has formulated a set of questions in the attached document "Information on RFI - Portfolio Manager and Electrical Energy to Troms County", which we hope relevant suppliers have the opportunity to answer. The response shall be sent directly in the document, under each of the points, and delivered digitally here in Mercell.Deadline for feedback is set at 13.06.2025. If there is a need for an extended feedback deadline, this can be clarified further.
