The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to assist The Office of the Revenue Commissioners in clarifying its requirements and evaluating potential options for the provision of Managed Public-key infrastructure (PKI) Services. Revenue requires a cost-effective service for the issue, support and maintenance of its Digital Certificates. The Revenue Commissioners will act as the Certification Authority and the Digital Certificates will be issued and serviced by the Contractor, on behalf of The Revenue Commissioners.
