The competition is for a framework agreement for the delivery of fuel and fuel oil in bulk.
The contracting authority has a framework agreement for fuel from stations and on off-the-shelf goods inside the station. Fuel and off-the-shelf goods from stations are therefore exempted from this framework agreement.
