Agder County, 25 municipalities and associated entities in the Agder region, plans to announce a framework agreement for network, server and storage products. It is in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 12-1(1) that the contracting authority can carry out a market survey to prepare for the procurement. The contracting authority would like, via this market survey, to clarify whether the market can deliver a system that meets the contracting authority ́s needs, get a better understanding of the market possibility room and get access to other useful information that could be relevant when designing the procurement documents.
