Rental of already developed software for a lottery system (lottery platform) through which lottery games of chance will be organized, adapted according to the needs of the contracting authority described in the technical specification. The adaptation of the software implies a complete localization of the software in the Macedonian language with Cyrillic script with UTF-8 support. The software should be installed and run on existing hardware resources owned by the contracting authority for a period of 1 (one) year.
