The Agency for Building Quality wishes to procure a new and future orientated system for case handling, closely related to the company's free-standing archive core, Documaster. The system shall be able to be used for all types of case handling in the company, and shall also include a customer portal for external persons who interact with the directorate. The delivery includes set-up, operation, further development and maintenance of the system such as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for an SSA-L contract. The contract will be valid for 3 years, with an annual extension until termination.
