The competition is for a framework agreement for services connected to the production of music and film releases.  The contract is for the production of the physical material (binding, text attachments and disks), mastering audio files and distributing the publications. The design is not included in this competition. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 200,000 - NOK 500,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 5,000,000 excluding VAT. The needs of the production are connected to a release plan, but will vary during the contract period and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors.
