The purpose is to acquire a national Workforce Management and competence solution in the police. The solution should be an "off-the-shelf product", which will replace the current solution, TTA. The purpose is to contribute to operational capability and preparedness by providing a comprehensive overview of the Customer's employees on a work schedule (availability) and their competence. The Solution will contribute to increased management and leadership in resource use, through good service planning, and to ensure that users receive a good and well-functioning solution. The solution will support legal requirements and contribute to the further development and streamlining of management, leadership and resource use for the Customer. The Solution is critical for society, with great importance for the police's operational ability, and the Solution shall ensure that the police have the right people in the right place at the right time.
