This project focuses on the comprehensive renovation of the existing building at Sorrell Lodge, located in Killonan, Co. Limerick. Key elements of the renovation include the replacement of all external and internal doors and windows, alterations to the internal layout, application of new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes, and complete internal and external painting and decoration. Furthermore, the existing utility systems will be replaced with new installations, and a new accessible WC will be provided on the ground floor. The project also encompasses necessary mechanical and electrical upgrades.
