Refer to Appendix 1 Scope of the Qualification System for detailed requirements for the 3 categories Category 1 – General and Technical Recruitment Services (Payroll) The Scope of this category is to provide recruitment services for payroll staff – this may include permanent, specific purpose or Fixed Term Roles Category 2 – General and Technical Recruitment Services (Non-Payroll) The scope of this category is to cover the provision of recruitment services for non-payroll staff (agency workers) in respect of the following areas: Provide a range of recruitment services across agency worker roles, to meet changing demands within the Contracting Entity for a broad range of staff in this category Category 3 – Executive Search and Selection. The scope of this category is to provide for niche requirements in these areas such as search and selection recruitment services across senior executive roles. It is expected that the successful service providers will be responsible for the full range of executive search and selection activity from advising on advert placement and thoroughly researching the marketplace, through long listing and shortlisting and to providing feedback to candidates if required.
