DIO consists of a board and has no employees, but it is entirely based on the purchase of the services. This tender is for a framework agreement for the service for carrying out the operation of DIO. The objective of the operational assistance is to assist municipalities and owners of private water supply systems and sewage installations, so that the operation of their facility is as good as possible and that their own and the authorities ́ requirements are met.
