ANSWER DEADLINE 11.09.2025We plan to procure a joint system for reading, storage, analysis and follow-up of data from tachographs and driver's licences, so that we can ensure that the county follows the orders in the Regulations on driving and resting time and tachographs for road transport in EEA. Innlandet county does not operate transport activities, but has extensive use of minibuses in teaching in the sixth form colleges. The county also conducts professional driver education and uses heavy vehicles in this connection. The county does not intend to procure a system that shall be used for general personnel follow-up, hourly transport, vehicle management, logbooks etc. The county operates approx. 60 mini buses of varying ages, in addition to approx. 10 heavier vehicles with a tachograph. 24 of the vehicles are from 2015 or newer, 15 are from between 2012 and 2014, 17 are from between 2007 and 2011, while 15 of the vehicles are from 2006 or earlier. The vehicles are distributed in more than 20 locations, where in most locations there is a mix of older and newer vehicles. The number of drivers using the vehicles will vary over time. Some use the vehicles regularly, while others drive more sporadically, or perhaps only once. Several of the schools regularly borrow vehicles from each other. Each school/unit is responsible for its vehicles. The county has, however, a centrally employed vehicle manager who can follow-up the system. The aim is that employees locally shall have as many plunders and booklets as possible for reading, storing and analysing tachograph data.
